The front page of the Petit Journal of December 22 1901 presents the transport in De Dion-Bouton automobile truck of the statue of Vercingetorix at the Grand Palais, where an exhibition is being held to the glory of automobile traction. This statue will then be transported to Clermont Ferrand , with the same truck. A feat for the time!
