This coffee comes from a slow roasting which allows better conservation of the coffee aromas.
Green coffees from Central America and Africa, rigorously selected, which will make you appreciate among other things the note of the excellent Ethiopian MOKA, which gives this 100% Arabica consistency and a unique flavor.
